Precious Gem is a brand new built semi-traditional narrowboat(2019). This 45ft 2 or 4 berth is perfect for a couple of a family or group of friends. It has a quiet, water-cooled diesel engine and easy to use controls.
The 2kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and to several sockets on the boat. There is LED lighting fitted throughout and also some under gunnel mood lighting.
We supply all your cleaning items. Fire Extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide and Smoke detectors are on board. A welcome pack is provided for holidays of 7nts or more, also supplied are loo rolls, washing up liquid (eCover so not to damage the birds and fish), tea towels and bin bags.
We are a 1 mile from Husbands Bosworth where there is a Springfield local convenience store. Sainsburys, Tesco and Asda all deliver to the Wharf so you can organise your shopping to be delivered before you arrive as we will be here cleaning the boat.
The engineered oak flooring is laid throughout the boat giving the boat a real warm and homely feel leading you into the open plan living/dining area where there the open plan living/dining area where there is a tasteful grey L shaped dinette and table that can be converted into a double bed if required. Lovely log burner which will keep you cosy during the winter months. There is a 32" TV. You can also attach your smartphone to the Bluetooth speaker and listen to your music throughout the boat
The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped and has a 3 burner gas hob, grill and full sized oven. There is a fridge, sink and drainer as well as saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery, cutlery and a Nespresso machine. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces.
There is radiator central heating on the boat. A 1000 litre water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is free Wi-Fi on board and a blue tooth speaker that you can play music through your phone on. Plenty of power sockets and USB points are available.

The bed will be made up with freshly laundered Egyptian cotton bedding. Towels are provided for all the guests
At the bow end of the boat, there is a cabin with a double bed which can be converted to a twin bed if required. There is also an 18†TV with built-in DVD player and a wardrobe for clothes. Double doors lead on to the front deck where you can enjoy meals or drinks at the two-seater bistro table. In the open plan living/dining area there is a tasteful grey L shaped dinette and table that can be converted into a double bed if required
The bathroom has a full size shower and flush toilet. There is also a separate wash hand basin and mirror. We supply the toilet paper.
